1. Reservation and Payment: All reservations must be made online, via phone, and payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards (VISA CARD, MASTER CARD & CREDIT CARD) and cash payments in (TSH, USD & UERO). We do not accept personal cheque or travel check.                                                                                                                                                          Payment for the entire stay is required at check-in.
  1. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is OPEN, and check-out time is 10:30AM. Extended time to 6:00 PM should be charged 50% of the normal room rate.
  1. Room Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each room is clearly stated in the room description. Additional guests are subject to a fee and must be approved by the hotel management.
  1. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel and in all guest rooms.
  1. Damage and Theft: The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any damage caused to hotel property or for any items that are stolen from the hotel premises.
  1. Liability: The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings, regardless of the cause. Guests are responsible for securing their valuables and personal belongings.
  1. Noise Policy: Guests are expected to be considerate of other guests and maintain a reasonable noise level at all times. Any disturbance caused by a guest will result in a warning, and if the behavior continues, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without a refund.
  1. Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
  1. Force Majeure: The hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, power outages, and labor disputes.
  1. Children’s hotel policy:
    1. Children under 12 years sharing room with adults, subject to room occupancy limits will not be charged and they will be given 50% discount on their meals (Lunch & dinner)
    2. Extra beds: If an extra bed is required, the hotel may charge an additional fee, and it will be subject to availability.
    3. Children’s activities: The hotel may provide activities for children, such as a play area.
    4. Safety: Children’s safety is of utmost importance to us. The hotel has safety measures in place.
    5. Liability: The hotel is not liable for any injury or damage caused to children on the hotel premises. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time. Any cancellations made after this time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s room rate.
  1. No-show policy: In case of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
  1. Early departure policy: If you decide to leave before your scheduled departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge you an early departure fee equivalent to one night’s room rate.
  1. Modification policy: If you wish to modify your reservation, please contact the hotel as soon as possible. The hotel will do its best to accommodate your request, but any modifications are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
  1. Group booking policy: For group bookings, the cancellation policy may differ. Please contact the hotel directly to know more about the cancellation policy for group bookings.
  1. Force majeure policy: In case of any unforeseeable circumstances that are beyond the control of the hotel, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events, the hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel your reservation without any liability
